In our webshop you can pay with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay and invoice.
You can see your orders under your account once you are logged in. You get to your account by clicking on this icon in the menu on the far left:
Then click on the menu item 'Orders'.
Unfortunately, you cannot change or cancel your order yourself once it has been approved and executed. However, you can contact your sales representative, or our customer service and we can try to find a solution. Once the order is shipped, we will not be able to change your order.
You can see your address information under your account once you are logged in. You get to your account by clicking on this icon in the menu on the far left:
Then click on the menu item 'Addresses', where you can update your address yourself.
You can see your personal information under your account when you are logged in. You get to your account by clicking on this icon in the menu on the far left:
Then click on the menu item 'Account details', where you can update your name and e-mail address in the 'Details' box.
You can change your password under your account once you are logged in. You get to your account by clicking on this icon in the menu on the far left:
Then click on the menu item 'Account details', where you can change your login password in the section 'password change.
You can create a complaint in your account once you are logged in. You get to your account by clicking on this icon in the menu on the far left:
Then click on the menu item 'Complaints', where you can create a new complaint and see the status of any previous complaints under the menu item 'Overview'.
You select the product in the drop-down menu on the left, and via the 'Select image' button you can upload an image showing the defect of the product. Then click on 'Submit complaint'.
We then process the complaint and send a reply by e-mail as soon as possible.
In the menu at the top left, you can click on the item MARKETING, under which you will find the different brands. Click on the brand you need material for, and you will then download a folder with the material that is available (for example logo and catalogue).
You can also go to ‘Download’ via the download arrow in the menu on the left. Here you can download marketing material for exactly the products you want. Activate the function with the 'slider':
Select your products, open the download center, and click 'Download'.
